Save the PDF from email. 
1. Open your email app.
2. Open the email that has the PDF file.
3. Tap the download icon (an arrow pointing down) next to the PDF attachment.

Pin the PDF to your Home Screen.
1. Go to My Files & open the Downloads folder 
2. Select the file. 
3. Tap the "More" three dots (... ) icon. 
4. Scroll down the menu and tap "Add to Home screen.
5. Tap "Add" to confirm and place the shortcut on your home screen.

When you click on the icon on the home screen , open with Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat or your preferred choice of PDF viewer **

iPHONE

Save the PDF from Email
1. Open your email app and tap the PDF attachment to open it.
2. Tap the Share icon (box with an arrow pointing up) in the corner.
3. Tap Save to Files and choose a folder, then tap Save

Pin the Icon to Your Home Screen
1. Tap the down arrow or the shortcut name at the top of the screen.
2. Tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Type a short name for your icon, then tap Add in the top right corner.

  **Some mobile PDF viewers don't support all interactive PDF features.

 Once you've added it to your Home Screen,
your PDF is always just one tap away
